PROFILACTUS-Set Large
The PROFILACTUS is a patented construction site safety system developed by FRIKE. It detects and warns of vehicles intruding into the construction area. This plug-and-play solution for traffic cones provides additional protection for site personnel. The Large Set is particularly suitable for use on highways and motorways. It consists of four sensors, a base station, two personnel pagers, a charger for the base station, a compressed air unit, a pneumatic double horn, and transport boxes S & L.

- 146dB warning for the workgroup and the accident-causing vehicle
- Patented crash-proof alarm transmission
- Pneumatic double horn with 146dB and various audio frequencies, designed to penetrate the windshield of the accident-causing vehicle (800Hz) and to alert workers with a far-reaching tone (370Hz).
- Multi-sensory alerting (Light / Sound / Vibration)
- The base station is in constant radio contact with the pager and also serves as a radio amplifier between the sensor and the pager
- As soon as a pager moves out of the base station's radio range (leaves the secured area), the worker is notified (log-out), and the same happens when the pager reconnects and is back in the secured area (log-in)
- Redundant acceleration sensing
- Everything can be stored in a palletizable transport box
- Long lifespan due to "Wake-up on impact" function
- Endlessly expandable with all individual parts due to the modular design
- Also usable in combination with a Medium or Small Set
- Independent parallel operation possible with addressing
- High-pitched siren for immediate warning to the entire group
