The South Solar Module enables the autonomous operation of the StopLane – Airport Barricade Hazard Light. Thanks to its easy mounting system, it can be positioned under the base plate and optimally aligned with the sun. The 30W module provides enough power to operate the Light continuously year-round in sun-rich regions (southern Central Europe), like in Munich.

The Solar Module South makes the StopLane – Airport Barricade Light the perfect solution for airports needing a sustainable and low-maintenance lighting system.
- Flexible Orientation: Thanks to its clever mounting structure, it can be easily slid under the Base Plate and adjusted flexibly in all four directions. This allows it to always be optimally positioned towards the sun, a key advantage in maximizing energy efficiency.
- 30W Solar Power: With a power output of 30 watts, the Solar Module enables continuous operation (24/7) in moderate climates, such as Munich, with a monthly global radiation sum of ≥ 60 kWh/m².
- Sustainable & Low Maintenance: Thanks to the autonomous operation, the Lights do not need to be charged manually, reducing maintenance costs and eliminating the need for complex cable installations. In addition, the provision of electricity, e.g. by a generator on the apron, is obsolete, which is also good for the environment.
- Robust & Weatherproof: The Solar Module is weather-resistant and features a robust and corrosion-free design.
