This Europe-wide certified safety solution protects lives by absorbing impact energy and reducing the impact force. It has been specially developed to ensure the safety of employees and road users.

• Signaling: Optionally with LED panel or arrow cross (traffic sign 616)
• Maximum occupational safety: No manipulation outside the vehicle required
• Versatile mounting: Can be mounted on the truck either via the DIN mounting plate or directly on the chassis
• Quick disassembly: Can be removed in just a few minutes to free up the truck for other applications, e.g. in winter
• Transportation: Possible from the front and from the side using a forklift truck
• Assembly: The cushion is attached to the swivel frame with 9 M20 screws
• Standalone solution: Thanks to integrated battery, charger and hydraulics – the only interface to the carrier vehicle is the mechanical attachment and the plug for the vehicle lighting
• Efficient and cost-saving: Works from a minimum weight of 5,500 kg of the backup truck, avoiding ballast and reducing acquisition and operating costs
• Optional additional equipment: The system is equipped with an integrated trailer coupling, which makes it easier to transport a pre-warning trailer. A radio camera ensures improved visibility and thus increases safety during use. For greater independence, a built-in generator has been integrated to provide additional energy. A solar panel also contributes to energy generation, further increasing the sustainability and efficiency of the system. This solution offers maximum protection and flexibility while keeping operating costs low.
